The product needed to support many listing types with different attributes, a full booking lifecycle from request to return, bundle rentals from the same owner, map based location picking, and role specific dashboards for renters and owners, all with type safe APIs and secure authentication.

We built a Turborepo monorepo with a Next.js consumer app and admin panel, Drizzle ORM on Postgres, Better Auth for sessions, tRPC for end to end type safety, Cloudinary/R2 for media, and a complete booking and payment proof workflow.
